For government processing, it currently it takes 2-3 months for your copyright to be officially certified by the US copyright office. However, you will receive a confirmation code immediately after submitting your copyright which you can use to track the status of your copyright. 

Yes, you can register any type of copyright. However each type will need to be under a different entry. You can register multiple works under the same group registration. For example, to save money you can register a full album of music or a collection of photos as one group registration instead of paying  for each individual copyright separately. 

Unfortunately not. Copyrights and Trademarks while sounding similar, are very different things. We suggest engaging the services of a lawyer for Trademarks.
